Unsolicited Contact by the Customer via Email

Data Subject Rights and Storage Period
Duration of Storage
After the contract has been fully processed, the data is initially stored for the duration of the warranty period, and thereafter in compliance with statutory retention periods, in particular those under tax and commercial law, and is then deleted after expiry of the relevant period unless you have consented to further processing and use.

If the statutory requirements are met, you have the following rights under Art. 15 to 20 GDPR: the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability.
